When the gateway opens, please enter your Paper ID, Name, Affiliation, and Tax ID in the "Recipient Information" box and check the two check boxes before you click the button "Make a Payment"

Once you "Make a Payment", the system will tell you to request a One-Time Password (OTP) or One-Time Authorization Code (OTAC) from your credit card issuing bank. This will trigger the 3D verification process. When you click on the request OTP option, the card's bank will send you the code by both email and instant phone message, and the system will pop up a six-digit textbox for you to enter the code.

After entering the code, a screen will pop up showing the Chinese message "付款成功 (Payment Success)" with the "訂單編號 (Order Number)" and the "應付金額 (Amount Due): NT$ 7,260".

If you do not receive the code, please contact the bank to make sure the bank received the OTP request. If not, you need to change to another bank's credit card to find the one that works. When you find a bank linked with the payment gateway system, the transaction will work. Otherwise, it will never be complete.

Finally, if your payment is successful, you will receive a "payment success" message from ECPay Company in your e-mail account. Please keep this message for your records. After one week, the ICEB Home Office will automatically issue you a formal receipt. If you did not receive any receipt, please email the payment record to eli@calpoly.edu and submit.iceb@gmail.com with your paper ID penciled in behind your name. Afterward, the ICEB Home Office will issue you a formal receipt.

However, the ICEB Home Office will not issue any receipt for REGISTRATION fee as it was collected by the National Economic University in Hanoi, Vietnam. Many thanks for your cooperation!
